It’s a Murder Mystery – but not just ANY murder mystery! Join the Merchants and Drovers Tavern Museum on April 17 & 18 for our fourth annual fundraiser, the immersive mystery where you become part of the show!
This year, the old hotel will roll back in time and transform into the Louisiana Governor's Mansion in the 1920s, where you are one of a small number of lucky guests at the Governor's exclusive Mardi Gras Fete! Flapper fashion is the bee's knees, New Orleans Jazz is on the record players, and those delightful cocktails you're enjoying aren't exactly legal. Murder isn't legal either - but that won't stop a devious killer hiding among the celebrants. Not every mask is just a festive party accessory - some people are masking far more. Soon someone lies dead, a killer is on the loose, and a violent storm has cut off phone lines and flooded local roads - so even if you can hide the hooch, law enforcement isn't on hand. Can you and your fellow guests unmask the killer yourselves, before they strike again?
Admission for this fundraiser is $75 per person, and includes dinner, drinks, and of course, the show! Limited tickets available due to space constraints, so choose your night below and reserve your spot!
All proceeds support the nonprofit Merchants and Drovers Tavern Museum.
Dress: Festive 1920s and Mardi Gras-themed threads are encouraged! Our staff and volunteers will be in costume, and masks and beads will be available at check-in. (But if you'd rather come as you are, that's swell too!)
